Occupational Therapist - NICU - FT/Days JOB SUMMARY: Evaluates neonatal and infant development including the sequence of skills needed to be successful in oral feeding. Uses cue-based feeding approach to support development of oral feeding skills. Creates individualized treatment and educational plans from admit forward. Provides patient/family counseling and training to promote developmental care and positive long term outcomes. Consults and works closely with medical team and allied health professionals to provide family-centered care environment and maximize patient potential.
