Position Summary: VUMC TempForce has opportunities for Recruiters to work remotely. The Recuiter will assist with the recruitment of top talent to fill key vacancies across the organization. In this role, you will be assisting with achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates under occasional guidance. Provides the best quality service by supporting the Talent Operations Team and job candidates through sourcing and selection. This is a temporary assignment lasting up to 4 months.

Analyzes the requirements of the open position in collaboration with the Sr. Talent Consultants and HR colleagues.
Builds pipelines of prospective candidates through professional networks, targeted outreach, and recruitment events.
Sources and pre-screens applicants to identify the best candidates to fill vacant positions.
Leverages Talent Operations key metrics and collaborates with HR colleagues on issues.

RECRUITING NEEDS ASSESSMENT (INTERMEDIATE): - Determine specific staffing needs including overall experience, competency, and education needs and requirements.
INTERVIEWING (INTERMEDIATE): - Gather information for purposes of recruitment, customer requirements, business needs, and other subjects.
NETWORKING (INTERMEDIATE): - Build relationships through industry contacts, professional organizations, and individuals.
DOCUMENTATION (INTERMEDIATE): - Ensures that all documentation is complete, accurate, thorough, and compliant.
