The RN Supervisor is accountable to the Acting Call Center Director as the Supervisor of the medical center's Call Center. The primary focus is to supervise clinical staff performing all the utilization review aspects of the department. The incumbent will be provide the administrative supervision and general instruction, plan and assign work, assign time schedules, approve leave, and complete performance evaluations. Duties include but not limited to: The Supervisory Registered Nurse (RN) will be assigned to the Call Center, which is aligned under the Business Office. The Supervisory RN executes position responsibilities that demonstrate leadership, experience, and creative approaches to management of Call Center nurses.
