Senior Compensation Analyst
ChristianaCare is recruiting for a Senior Compensation Analyst. In this position, you will provide a full range of compensation consulting, analysis and program administration services; research, collect and analyze internal and external data for compensation decision making; implement and administers the annual compensation review process; influence clients to achieve compensation objectives; and serve as a subject matter expert regarding client compensation issues. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Serves as a consultant/subject matter expert to assigned internal client groups on compensation issues and ensures that compensation decisions are in alignment with the organization's compensation and total rewards philosophy and the business
