Summary
The Registered Nurse / RN Behavioral Health provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing to all patients. The Registered Nurse / RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the nursing process. The Registered Nurse / RN directs care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, Infection Control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided.
Qualifications:
Education
Required: Education recognized by the State of Florida as qualification for Registered Nurse licensure.
Preferred: BSN
Experience
Required: 1-3 years in Behavioral Health setting
Preferred: 1 year Med/Surg preferred
Certifications
Required:
Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida.
American Heart Association BLS
CPI within 3 months of employment and annually
