Primarily responsible for prepping, scanning, and indexing charts according to department policy. Provides back-up coverage for Release of Information.

Education/Other Qualifications
1. Individual must possess knowledge of chart analysis.
2. Must possess skills for the ability to make independent, responsible decisions upholding policy and procedure; must have concern for detail and be able to work quickly and accurately.
3. Individual must maintain a pleasant and tactful manner when working with people in stressful situations and be able to solve problems and deal with conflict; must have the ability to interpret a variety of handwritten data.
4. Must protect confidential information, records, and reports.
