VISN23 is recruiting for a full-time, permanent, Physical Therapist - Clinical Resource Hub. This position is located in the Rehabilitation & Extended Care service line of the Fargo VA Health Care System. This position is physically located in Bismarck, North Dakota. Work location will primarily be telework with possible limited onsite work at Bismarck CBOC, and may involve greater onsite work from CBOC setting in the future, but will remain primarily telerehabilitation as treatment modality.
