Digital Program Manager, Release Train Engineer

We are excited to recruit program management professionals to lead planning, execution and delivery of digital products. Collaborating with the Deputy CIO & VP of Digital Solutions and working closely with product managers and architects, as Digital Program Manager/RTE you will support large multi-functional and informational projects. Following the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), you will act as servant leader and mentor for the Agile Release Train (ART) composed of 50 to 150 people (5 to 15 Agile Teams). Your major responsibilities will be to facilitate ART events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value. You will connect with partners, advance impediments, help manage risk and drive relentless improvement. You will:
