The Nurse Supervisor / TVC will be providing supervision to all nursing staff assigned to the Business Office managing Community Care Clinical Review, Transfer Coordination and Home Health. Additionally this position will provide direct oversight to the Veterans who are in enrolled in the travelling Veteran program.
