Overview Manage daily operations for the department. Responsible for such areas procurement, personnel, supervision, facilities management, finance and development. Responsible for coordinating fiscal services which includes budget assistance, purchasing and facility services for assigned areas. Develops and implements systems and processes to facilitate budgetary, purchasing, payroll, personnel and accounting operations within assigned areas. Provides information, system and project support.
Required Education Bachelors degree in business, healthcare, pharmacy or other related subject or the equivalent of a combination of 6 years education and/or experience. Experience Two years administrative or office management experience using available Microsoft Office to provide day-to-day administrative support Preferred Experience Three years experience managing multiple projects and priorities including coordinating day-to-day business operations.
