The San Francisco Health Care System is recruiting for a Senior Social Worker to serve in the Outpatient Clinic at the Santa Rosa CBOC within Mental Health Service. The incumbent will perform in a university/college setting where they will function as a Clinical Social Worker, Resource Specialist and Care Coordination Consultant to Outpatient Mental Health Services and will provide Family therapy, case management and other mental health services to the veteran population.
