As a member of the nursing care team, the Nursing Assistant (NA) offers physiological, psychological, and spiritual support to the VA patients by performing a variety of duties, including direct patient care, department organization and other duties as assigned, to meet the changing needs of the patients and nursing department. All care is delivered to patients in a respectful, non-judgmental manner. NAs participate in selected Continuous Improvement (Cl) activities as directed
