The Crisis and Transfer Coordinator (CTC) is administratively and clinically responsible for the Crisis and Transfer Program at Cheyenne VA Health Care Center. The Incumbent's primary responsibilities will be to serve as the VA's Crisis Coordinator functioning as the SPED (Safety Planning in the Emergency Department). Completes direct clinical service, program management, development of policies and procedures, outreach to community partners, consultation and education, and quality management.
