P enn State Health's award winning Learning and Leadership Development team is seeking out flexible Training Specialists to facilitate training on a per diem basis during normal business hours.
T he Training Specialist will be a resource to the HR Learning and Leadership Development team. The purpose of this position is to have a Trainer available to facilitate live, in person, or virtual, workshops on various professional development content, as needed. This position would be called upon to deliver workshops to an audience for specific content has already been developed.

A daptive Mindset for Resiliency
Q ualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to lead d ynamic workshops and implement a variety of instructional delivery methods that include group or individualized instruction, that help participants make learning gains on various professional development topics, and ensure curriculum fidelity by facilitating the content as designed.
T he Training Specialist will also aid in on-going program development, stay current with curriculum updates and will create and manage workshop information in the LMS, such as rosters, attendance records, creating and closing courses as needed, as well as pre and post email communications and course evaluations.

M INIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
B achelor's Degree
2 years of experience in delivering adult education training required
E xperienced in adult learning techniques
D emonstrated proficiency in effective instruction required
P REFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
M aster's Degree
A dult Education certification
