The Division of Hematology/Oncology at Phoenix Children’s Hospital seeks a full time, board eligible pediatric hematologist/oncologist to join a vibrant and growing division. We are seeking a faculty member to start immediately and expand our inpatient team to cover day and overnight hospitalist shifts as well as procedures for oncology patients.
Our Center is the major referral center for children with cancer in the Southwestern region. The Center saw > 400 new patients with oncology diagnoses in 2019. Phoenix Children’s Hospital is a 433 bed facility that provides comprehensive tertiary and quaternary care, and serves a diverse patient population from the Southwest, the US and all over the world. With 18 clinic rooms, a 21 bay Ambulatory Infusion Center and 46 bed inpatient unit, our hematology, oncology, and BMT services include comprehensive, family centered care focusing on the clinical and psychosocial needs of the child.
The successful candidate must be board eligible in pediatric hematology-oncology and have had fellowship training in oncology. Applicants should have the ability to work with teams on patient focused, division-centric, and hospital wide initiatives. Rank and salary will be commensurate with experience.
