Job Summary Provide skilled, comprehensive care to the terminally ill patient/family/caregivers as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the State Board of Nursing regulations, the patient, and organizations policies and procedures. Oversee and provide primary care, including all clinical care, palliative care and symptom control. Identify other physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs for assigned patients. Develop and implement the Plan of Care to meet the patient/family/caregiver needs, initiate intervention and support, and re-assess/ re-evaluate the patients needs ongoing, to provide comprehensive and appropriate care.
