Position Summary: Responsible for the strategic leadership, growth, program development and operational oversight for neurosciences services and programs across the market. Works in collaboration with physician and clinical leadership at each hospital to develop and implement pathways, policies and procedures, and protocols to ensure the highest level of patient care and outcomes. Develops and implements annual business plan and initiatives to support the continued growth and success of neurosciences services and programs. Establishes and executes on effective initiatives, plans and tactics for programs, physician integration and engagement, and resource utilization with the objective of increasing growth, quality, efficiency, physician satisfaction and patient experience. Leverage system scale and capability to achieve success.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5+ years experience in management of service lines or program development, including at least 3 years experience in neuroscience service line management and development.
