The Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Walk-In Senior Social Worker is with the Mental Health Service in Southern Arizona VA Health Care System (SAVAHCS), Tucson, AZ. The foundation of the HCHV program is the provision of outreach services to homeless Veterans. The central goal of the HCHV is to reduce homelessness among Veterans by conducting outreach and who are not currently receiving VA services, and engaging them in treatment and rehabilitation as well as in other VA programs,
