The HUD/VASH Case manager functions are specifically directed toward homeless veterans and their families or veterans at risk for homelessness and require a licensed professional mental health counselor. The incumbent is responsible for program development, oversight, monitoring, administration and effectiveness, serving as the primary contact with local Public Housing Agencies and providing case management based services necessary to ensure that veteran care is coordinated.
