The VISN 7 Network Quality Management Officer (QMO) leads the Network Quality Safety Value/Performance Improvement program throughout VISN 7. Also monitors and evaluates quality of care across the Network; facilitates the network-wide reduction of variance in care, facilitates the integration of quality safety and value into the Network's day to day operations and culture, facilitates management of organizational change required to achieve patient safety improvement and quality management goals.
