About Supportiv, Inc.
Supportiv is an anonymous peer support network, co-founded by successful serial digital health entrepreneurs who believe in mental wellness for everyone, everywhere that's pennies-per-minute affordable.
Supportiv helps people who cannot or won’t see a therapist cope with and problem-solve their daily life struggles --relationship conflicts, work stress, family pressures, sadness, anxiety, loneliness, etc.
Support is available 24/7, seven days a week with less than a minute of wait-time thanks to hundreds of moderators from over 25 countries. We are democratizing access to care while using effective techniques like active listening and basic collaborating problem solving, and hold the potential for millions of peer support groups chatting live in parallel at any moment. We use AI/Natural Language Processing to instantly match users who can relate with one another and to auto-surface helpful articles, videos, resources, and service referrals as hyperlinks.
Our global community of remote moderators is the secret to our success. Moderators are well-trained (and paid) to ease users into discussing emotionally difficult topics, facilitate peer-to-peer conversations, vet AI-re...commended resources, and triage users in crisis who need specialized services. Supportiv is proud to serve over 1.5 million covered lives, is revenue-generating, and unlike most startups, is not reliant on investor capital.
