Summary:
Provides direct patient care to include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patients. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.
Qualifications: Qualifications:Minimum Licensure and Certification: A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required. Should you hold a RN license from another Compact state, you are required to apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside within 30 days. ONS preferred. BLS required. ACLS and PALS required within orientation period.
Minimum Experience/Additional Certification: One year experience as a RN is required.
Required Skills: Adjustment or Initiation of Care Based on Patient�s Response to Procedures or Treatments
Airway Maintenance
Hemodynamic Monitoring of Patient�s Condition
Maintains Aseptic or Sterile Technique at all times
Monitoring of Patients Utilizing the Following Types of Medications
Moderate Sedation
Pain Management
Performance of Waived Testing
Positions Patients, utilizing padding or protective equipment as needed
Special Equipment/Instruments � directs/assists with maintenance, handling & operation
Specimen Collection, Care, Handling & Labeling Transfer and Safe Movement of the Bariatric Patient
