Lab Director, Located at Meritus Health Trivergent Health Alliance MSO is a management support and services company that is a subsidiary of Trivergent Health Alliance, a regional partnership formed between Frederick Health Hospital and Meritus Health Medical Center.  The Lab Director will be located onsite at Meritus Health in Hagerstown, Maryland. Under the general direction of the Corporate Director of the Lab and in conjunction with the Medical Director for Mertius, this position is responsible for providing leadership to the Laboratory Department and for management of its material, financial and human resources. They will collaborate with the Corporate Director on development of a strategic plan that is in alignment with Trivergent Health Alliance’s strategic goals. They will work collaboratively with other Laboratory leaders to implement an operational plan that advances the objectives of the Alliance and the health care facilities it serves.
