Provides essential administrative support to the Vice President and Development Team. Coordinates and administers operating procedures and policies that maximize successful development & financial reconciliation outcomes in an efficient & professional manner. Supports the development team with prospect identification, cultivation, fundraising events, solicitation, database entry and stewardship.
Bachelor's Degree or above required.
3-5 years of experience in a fundraising or marketing office, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong database management experience, preferably with Raiser s Edge or similar program. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and with minimal direction. Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, and grammar skills. Proficient computer skills including MS word, excel, power point. Detail-oriented. Demonstrated ability to adhere to strict rules of confidentiality related to Patient Health Information and donor financial information.
Physical condition is required that permits reaching and mobility around the entire institution. Intact vision and speech are required as well as hearing sufficient to perform essential job responsibilities.
