Oversees the employees and processes within the pharmacy. Additionally, ensures compliance with Federal, State and local laws and regulations. May also advise physicians on medication utilization.
-Supervises the compounding, dispensing, and ordering processes.
Ensures compliance with policies and procedures to ensure the appropriate operations of the department.
Directs the work of pharmacy staff.
Assists in assuring JCAHO requirements and Medicare conditions of participation.
Required: Pharm. D. or BS in pharmacy Preferred: Masters preferred
Required: 3 Years or residency training; 2 years supervisory experience
Required: Pharmacy License
