Responsible for the creation and supervision of all health and fitness related programs. Directly supervises the group fitness staff by keeping track of certifications and making the group exercise schedule. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training group fitness instructors; coordinates and facilitates specialty fitness camps, community events, kids programming, the annual 5k, and all health promotion programs in LAC; supervises and promotes medical referral program; assists in promoting our social media image; plans and implements recreational programming.

1. Develop programs to meet monthly revenue goals for the programs department
2. Supervise group fitness staff

Bachelor's degree in a health related field.
Experience as a personal trainer or group exercise instructor preferred
Experience in program creation and implementation preferred
CPR certification required
Personal training certification or nationally recognized fitness instructor certification required
