Provides clerical support to assigned departments.
Process invoices, check requests and expense reports accurate and within payment terms.
Answers telephone calls and resolves issues.
Performs various routine clerical duties including filing, photocopying, sorting, and distribution of mail.
Accurately sets up vendor accounts.
Maintains accurate records and makes notes on all unresolved issues.
Attendance reliability and displays a positive attitude towards attendance and work related situations.
High School Graduate or equivalent
Three (3) yearsâ�� experience in similar type job duties.
