We are recruiting for a Technology Integration Specialist to join our Kindred Rehabilitation Services Division.
The Technology Integration Specialist position is an exciting opportunity for a unique, bright, and driven individual to gain experience in the healthcare industry. We're changing the way patients and therapists communicate and improving patient outcomes by leveraging revolutionary clinical technology. We are looking for someone to engage with new users of this technology and get them excited to use the platform. This entails visiting sites where the technology is being rolled out and troubleshooting with the users.

Collaborate with marketing and business development team to craft and deliver compelling messages to engage clinicians, patients, and families
Observe and analyze best practices on site and relay them to the product team
Work with training teams to build compelling documents and activities that engage users
Communicate and present field findings using writing, visual, and verbal mediums
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices for using patient-centered communication tools
Manage bi-directional feedback with users, coordinating closely with IT and product teams
Work with product and company leadership to help mature product experience and maximize user satisfaction
Assess issue/question/suggestion types and identify opportunities product improvements based on on-site observations

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of new clinical developments.
Working knowledge of how Rehab Services are provided in Post Acute settings
Knowledge of Policies & Procedures related to providing rehab services.
Licensed by or eligible for licensure in respective state as an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist or Speech Language Patholigist.
Experience in a therapy/clinical setting of at least 2 years is preferred
Use of digital technology in healthcare setting is preferred
