This position supports the Human Resources department by completing and coordinating various Human Resources processes, including but not limited to tuition reimbursement forms, bonuses and check requests. Enters employee address changes, direct deposit forms and tax changes into HRIS system. Updates and maintains HR transactional logs. Assists recruiters in scheduling interviews, entering data from multiple systems into spreadsheets. Acts as receptionist to a busy office greeting guests, directing guests, providing information on a variety of issues, including policies. Cross trained with HR Coordinator duties ensuring seamless processing and customer service.
