POSITION PURPOSE: To support efforts of Business Development regarding outreach, training and research additional opportunities to increase business. The role also includes administrative functions such as data entry and ensuring accuracy of MS4, ordering equipment and other duties as assigned.
Ensure accuracy of the data entered in MS4 and work with admissions to ensure referral sources are identified for calls / admissions.
Create and send constant contact invitations and notices.
Ensure the department is equipped with office supplies.
Ensure CEU licenses are current.
When CEUs are issued, ensure all documentation meets requirements for issuing CEUs.
Provided trainings to community partners.
Ensures accuracy / integrity of information in MS4.
Maintain Function sheets for the department.
Compiles all assigned reports due to Director.
Assists with training for Admissions and BD Staff with Data Entry and Interpretation.
Coordinates, schedules and attends monthly CEUs.
Provides field support when needed. For example, ER runs and set up for events to include monthly CEUs.
Available to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and flexible hours.
Assist with community Tours of LRTC when necessary.
Serve as a back up to business development liaisons.
CUSTOMERS SERVED: Internal customers include Admission Director, Business Development, RM/PT Advocacy, Care Managers, Medical staff, and the treatment team. External customers include Military, managed care organizations, referral sources and families.
