House Supervisor I (RN) is responsible for direction of patient care in the behavioral health care setting. Achieves cooperation, teamwork and high morale between departments and staff by maintaining a positive, attentive and interactive manner. Responds to staff, visitors, patients and physician's question in a timely manner. Consults with staff, physicians, administration and Nurse Executive on nursing problems and interpretation of facility policies to ensure patient needs are met. House Supervisor I (RN) intervenes in conflict situations while showing support, trust and respect to all concerned while maintaining confidentiality 100% of the time. Provides nursing leadership and care through physical and mental assessments, laboratory testing, treatment plans and therapeutic treatments. Knowledgeable of a wide range of disorders; cognitive, emotional, developmental, social and behavioral. Performs crisis intervention. Maintains costs and appropriate staffing ratios.
House Supervisor I (RN) schedule is Monday - Friday 4pm - 8pm.
