Job Summary:Â The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for managing and renewing assigned large group and fully insured employer groups. The AM is responsible for handling complex inquiries, solving non-routine problems using independent judgment and discretion and ensuring client satisfaction with products and services. Coordinates with the administration team to ensure that the administrative needs are met and potential problems are averted. The AM position is one of the most public of Prominence Health Plan positions due to the constant interaction with the distribution system (agents / brokers / agencies), customers, business organizations and the public. Therefore, this position requires highly developed sales skills, public speaking skills, written and verbal communication skills, persuasion skills, etc., along with good analytical and problem solving skills. Must meet or exceed assigned sales goals. The state of Nevada Life and Health Insurance license is required.
