::The technologist will be responsible for the independent operation of echo and/or vascular equipment in the Clinic, and for performing and communicating results of diagnostic examinations using this equipment. This position will be responsible for the daily operations of the department including patient scheduling, equipment maintenance, the report of equipment failures, and quality assessment. This will include active participation in the development of new procedures which may result from new technology and/or research developments in conjunction with physician requests for such procedures. Technologist maintains a high level of medical ethics at all times and is self-motivated to increase their level of understanding of the field, disease, and new procedures as they evolve. Â Vascular/Echo Techs are responsible for interacting in a positive manner with all Clinic staff including physicians and mid-levels providers.Â Candidates are expected to be courteous and helpful to the Clinicâ€™s patients, their families, and the Clinic staff at all times.
