The COO is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hospital, including clinical, utilization review, admission finance, safety, risk management, human resources, business development, budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as hospital policies and procedures.Â Reports directly to the CEO and works in conjunction with CEO on all hospital matters.
