Omni Healthcare, Inc. / Parrish Medical Group is looking for a CAO / CEO to join our team. The position will be responsible for directing and supervising the multispecialty physician offices. This will include the responsibility of all day-to-day operations. In additional the position provides support in meeting budgetary and operational goals.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Oversees management of all physician offices.
Ensures provisions of safe, high-quality patient care by the staff.
Evaluates Office Coordinators and recommends merit increases, promotions and disciplinary actions.
Ensures that office space, supplies, equipment and assistance are provided and maintained appropriately for medical staff and patient care.
Ensures that all business functions are operative and that the processes are effectively and efficiently in place.
Reviews processes and makes recommendations for improvement.
Creates goals for operations and ensures that the goals are in line with organization goals.
Assist in establishing and implementing policies and procedures as set for the physician practices.
Develops and fosters a clear and concise communication plan to ensure timely and effective flow of information, as well as provide an avenue for prompt resolution of concerns or complaints.
Work with managed care companies in contracting appropriate reimbursement rates and acts as liaison for all managed care initiatives.
Ensures that offices are appropriately staffed, working in conjunction with the Office Coordinators for recruitment, hiring, orientation, discipline and evaluation of all office employees.
Organizes regular Office Manager Meetings and develops agenda with input from all areas.
To provide support in the recruiting of new physicians to expand the growth of the group.
Coordinates any new practice/physician start-up projects.
Coordination and reporting of all incident reports.
Research any patient complaints and review any actions needed with Office Coordinators.
This position requires experience and knowledge in the operations and management of a multi-specialty group practice. The position also requires excellent communication and writing skills. Candidate must also excel at multi-tasking and problem solving, be detail-oriented; have excellent presentation skills, and be familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook. All-Scripts Pro PM and EHR experience a plus
