What we are looking for:
FRN is currently seeking a dynamic and talented Business Development Representative for our Charlotte, NC Territory, to establish and cultivate an extensive professional referral network within the assigned accounts. The successful individual will have a high level of documented success selling in the healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or addictions industries.Â This ideal person will understand and be able to address performance metrics with comfort and ease and have an already established network of contacts in the designated sales territory. Â Must presently reside in the Charlotte, NC Metro area!
Key Responsibilities include:
Exceeds screenings and admissions targets by establishing influence in market segments including, but not limited to: physicians, practitioners, social services, hospitals, professional organizations, mental health centers, etc. through a variety of avenues such as personal appointments and visits, phone calls, letters, emails and conferences.
Establish and cultivate an extensive professional referral network within the assigned accounts.
Facilitates and maintains consistent activity levels for the following:Â weekly prospect meetings, facility tours, referrals and admissions.
Track all sales activities on a daily basis by entering activity in Salesforce.
Prepares and executes strategic business plans for the assigned accounts.
