The Project Manager - Clinical Operations functions as a Subject Matter Expert directly supporting the Clinical Operations Improvement Team of the Acute Care Division of Universal Health Services. Identifies service line best practices addressing quality, optimal patient outcomes, resource utilization, safety, standardization and implementation strategies for improvement. Conducts executive, department, clinical and medical leadership presentations. Incorporates data from Eclipsys, Cerner, Finance, PMM, PFM, Siemens and industry benchmark data sources. Provides leadership to the UHS corporate and facility implementation teams. Documents patient care, clinical process improvement and cost savings opportunities identified. Identifies company-wide opportunities for cost savings through utilization opportunities while maintaining a high level of quality care. Facilitation, and Administration of the Clinical Operations Improvement initiativesPlans/assists with scheduling, agenda, and runs meeting. Distributes meeting minutes promptly. Facilitates sharing of ideas, strategies, and tactics to achieve targets. Mobilizes resources required by the opportunities.
