The organization is led by an engaged Board of Trustees, who are deeply devoted to the organization. A hallmark of Oswego Health’s success has been a willingness to develop external relationships. Most recently, they announced collaborations with Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists to enhance access to orthopedic care, Healogics to provide wound care, and the desire to develop the Bariatric service line in 2017. The health system also participates in the Central New York Care Cooperative, a five county organization developed to better manage population health. Oswego Health is also partnering with community-based organizations on population health initiatives.
