We are seeking enthusiastic part time and full time BE/BC Pediatricians or Med-Peds to join our growing group at The Woman's Hospital of Texas Pediatric Center. Located in the prestigious Texas Medical Center, The Woman's Hospital of Texas has been a stand-alone facility dedicated to caring for women and neonates for nearly 40 years. With more than 11,000 births per year, it has built a strong network of trusting referrals and has expanded its medical care to include infants, children and adolescents to help serve the large metropolitan community and surrounding suburbs of Houston. The hospital has been a very well known and reputable institution for high risk women's health and neonatal services. This is now our second year of operating a fast growing, spectacular and very successful pediatric service. We are the center for referrals from nearby HCA facilities and many outlying free standing Emergency/Urgent Centers in Houston and the surrounding area. There is a dedicated pediatric transport team capable of ground and air transports. The Pediatric Center consists of 18 floor beds, a 14 bed PICU/IMU, and its own Pediatric Emergency Room. Quality Pediatric Acute Care Medical Group is privately owned and looking to build a strong pediatric hospital team that brings quality, compassionate and family oriented medical care to the pediatric service. Our pediatric hospitalists are expected to cover the pediatric floor, IMU and newborn nursery. There is competitive and excellent compensation, occurrence malpractice coverage, health care coverage, and CME allowance included. Our group’s vision is one of cohesiveness and teamwork. We have established a setting that allows families direct attending physician contact with the benefits of multidisciplinary rounds, current medical practices and evidence based management. We look forward to having more driven, compassionate and eager physicians join our team. Call us!
