Community and culture
In Miles City, community is who we are. We look out for each other. And there’s no better way to serve our neighbors than in their time of greatest need. We are a not-for-profit hospital with a tradition of going the extra mile for others, with a special emphasis on those who are poor and vulnerable. Our eagerness to serve others is evident in everything we do, and we treat every associate equally in our mission to serve the community we hold so dear.
