Oncology and Chemotherapy Manager/Nurse Leader Premier Cancer Facility Ambulatory Oncology Division Lakeland Medical Center, Lakeland, Florida
The experienced oncology nurse leader we select for this significant role will manage the ambulatory oncology division of our premier cancer facility, which was recognized with a design award from the American Institute of Architects in 2016. Supported by state-of-the-art detection and treatment tools, including the UroNav Fusion Biopsy System and three linear accelerators with TrueBeam STx technology, this professional will be responsible for quality of care for patients in medical oncology and chemotherapy services. Accountable for the satisfaction of physicians, staff, patients, and visitors, this capable leader will manage team member schedules and performance to achieve maximum efficiency, supervise the fee ticket processes by clinical staff, and oversee adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards.
Education, Experience, and Licensure
Successful applicants will each possess a bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited university. Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited university, and oncology certified nurse (ONC) certification, and experience managing cancer/chemotherapy services are preferred.
