Assistant Director – Human Resources
In conjunction with Director, this position is responsible for the operational management and strategic planning of the Human Resources Department. 24/7 accountability for assigned areas which include, but are not limited to Employee and Labor Relations, Compliance, Benefits, Training, and general operations of Human Resource Services.
Bachelor's Degree in related field
Masters degree in related field preferred
7 to 10 years progressive human resources generalist experience
3 - 5 years supervisory experience
2 years experience on HR technology applications in a major enterprise system
SPHR/PHR Certification or other HR certification preferred
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities
