A progressive and well-established practice near Syracuse, New York seeks a Human Resources Manager to be responsible for evaluating employee programs, recommending improvement to employee relations and aligning policies with corporate goals. In addition to overseeing the HR functions with an emphasis on team retention, the position will be responsible to make recommendations on competitive benefits and salaries. Measuring and improving morale will be a focal point along with coaching and mentoring the other managers within the practice. This position is a senior position and will have oversight of other managers and coordinators. A strong leader with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related business field and healthcare experience is required.
