We currently seek an experienced recruiter to collaborate as a Talent Acquisition Consultant on our team of 8 recruiters, and the Talent Service Center which facilitates onboarding. The ideal candidate must demonstrate expertise in talent pipeline development, marketing, assessment, selection, and client management.
- Actively participate in team development, achieving dashboards, and accomplishing department goals and objectives. Serve as a role model and collaborative peer. - Manage job requisitions for book of business; maintain accurate job postings and ensure posting policy has been followed. - Partner with acquisition team members and recruitment marketing agency to develop and implement timely recruitment strategies focusing on efficient, proactive approaches. Identify, source, attract, screen, behaviorally interview, and match diverse, high performing talent. - Utilize applicant tracking system to review applications, communicate with applicants and hiring managers, document, and facilitate a timely, reasonable process throughout the recruiting and onboarding process - Calculate starting rate of pay in accordance with LRH Compensation policy, and extend offers of employment to candidates. - Ensure reference checks, criminal background checks, education verifications, and any required primary source license/certification verifications are completed, reviewed and properly documented. - Ensure compliance with policies, processes and practices; maintain current knowledge of federal, state and local employment practices and labor laws. - Maintain status report on all open positions and activities. Provide administrative data and reports as requested by HR Leadership. - Assist in special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field - 3-5 year's professional level recruiting experience
Preferred experience: - PHR/SPHR - 1 year healthcare recruitment experience
