Palliative Care position in vibrant Portland metropolitan area.
PeaceHealth is passionate about growing palliative care and hospice services in Southwest Washington State. Work closely with 2 physicians and 2 NPs as well as a full ancillary support team in a fully supported H&PCM program.
We seek a physician who is BC/BE in Hospice & Palliative Care Medicine. Medical Directorship or lead role also available.
Position is based at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington--just across the river from Portland, Oregon. Current opportunity would focus on inpatients, but could also have oversight for the outpatient program. We envision our program growing to include outpatient services, first in oncology and then in other specialties (e.g. CHF, dementia, ESRD, etc.).
