The Administrator for LVPG Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, LVPG Physiatry, and the LVPG Spine Initiative is responsible for the operational leadership and administration of all assigned practices, practice locations and clinical areas within the Lehigh Valley Physician Group (LVPG).
He/she will ensure that all physician activities, including patient schedules, patient call center and processes, clinic operations, patient volumes, surgery center schedule and volumes, and other activities, are maximized. The Director will ensure that clinic operations are efficient, integrated, and highly oriented to providing a positive patient experience. The Division Administrator will report to the LVPG Vice President of Operations who oversees all assigned areas. The Division Administrator will manage direct reports and will either directly or indirectly ensure all other team members perform in a manner consistent with LVPG operational, financial and clinical standards. These standards also includes utilization of practice management, EMR, financial reporting tools and other resources, reports and data related to monitoring and reporting on the performance of the practice, identify areas of opportunity and to manage the practice on a daily basis.
A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is required. This position requires seven (7) years of experience with at least five (5) years including oversight of a large musculoskeletal program/service line within an integrated delivery system including large group practice oversight. Expectations for the position include supporting the development and day to day operations of centers of excellence including a comprehensive program/center.
