This position will be responsible for entering IM Purchase Requisitions for all of CHRISTUS Health. This position will also code invoices for all of IM purchases daily, work the Open PO report, the RNI report and the Exceptions Report monthly. This position will work with the ITAM Manager to ensure that IM purchases are identified as an ITAM purchase when necessary. This position will work with the IM Finance Accountant monthly to produce the invoicing through Quick Books. This position will work the AP Accrual file monthly to code the IM invoices to provide data to create a journal entry to be. The IT Procurement Analyst may participate in leading small projects. This position requires a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal oversight.
The IT Procurement Analyst will be able to research data in the AP, Procurement and GL Systems. This position will provide analysis of IM purchases including Capital and Non-Capital Purchases. The IT Procurement Analyst will work closely with all Regions and Entities of CHRISTUS Health. This position requires good communication skills.
