Hamilton Medical Center, one of the nation’s 100 Top Hospitals is seeking an Internal Medicine Program Director to start a new internal medicine residency program at our hospital campus. The Internal Medicine Residency Program Director will be responsible for leading, administering, and supervising all aspects of the Internal Medicine Residency Program in accordance with the ACGME Program Requirements and Institutional Goals and Objectives.
The Program Director is responsible for the operations of the program, including all activities related to recruitment, selection, instruction, supervision, advising, evaluation, documentation, and advancement of residents. The Program Director ensures continuing accreditation of the program through application of ACGME common and specialty requirements.

·Five years of participation as an active faculty member in an ACGME-accredited internal medicine residency program
·Three years of graduate medical education administrative experience
·Current certification in the specialty by the American Board of Internal Medicine
·GA State medical license (at the time of employment)
