The Department of Pediatrics at the University Of Miami Miller School Of Medicine is seeking a full-time or part-time developmental pediatrician for its Early Steps/Early Intervention Program. Candidates will be at the assistant professor level and must have an MD/DO, be board-certified in Pediatrics, and licensed or eligible for licensure in Florida. Responsibilities include physical and neurological exams on infants and identification of high-risk infants in the neonatal ICU, home visits, clinical supervision/education of multidisciplinary staff and neonatal fellows, and administrative duties under the direction of the Program Director. Research opportunities are available. Experience with developmentally disabled and/or at-risk children preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English or Creole/English helpful.
