Clinical Director for Community Support Network, (CSN), a local non-profit Social Service agency providing supportive housing to Sonoma County adults who are homeless and/or have behavioral health challenges. Responsibilities include training a passionate staff in client-centered evidence-based practices, occasionally conducting mental health assessments, and working closely with strength based teams at several houses who values client and staff growth to ensure that we provide high quality services. Responsive to staff for emergency and crisis situations. The dynamic CSN training program includes weekly case management meetings at several houses, monthly in-service trainings and trainings for the community.
Qualifications:Licensed by State of California as: PhD., L.C.S.W. OR, M.F.T.*Extensive and successful experience working with chronically mentally ill adults, required.*Experience with homeless populations, preferred*Supervision experience in a mental health agency or department, preferred.*Experience working within the social rehabilitation model, preferred.
